Delivery:
Stock Items: In-stock items ship within 1 business day.
Shipments:
All Orders ship via UPS or USPS with full insurance unless otherwise requested. Premium routing for overnight delivery is UPS Red; UPS Blue is available for lower-cost priority service.
Quantity:
The exact quantity ordered is shipped on stock items. Plus or minus a 10% variation on special orders is considered completion and acceptance of each contract.
Returns:
Write or call before returning merchandise to receive approval and RMA # for return. A 20% handling fee plus all return and original shipping charges apply when not due to our error.
Rejections:
All rejections must be reported within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
Customer Service:
Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Our answering system receives calls during non-working hours seven days a week. All systems are closely monitored and we return all communications at the earliest possible moment. We have been in business for over 35 years, and our longevity is based on offering products of the highest quality and service to meet customer needs. Our website includes full-dimensional information and pricing on each item, an online order system, and email access.
Credit:
C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks sent in advance must cover the full amount of order and shipping. Fixed shipping charges for all credit card and cash-in-advance orders for USPS, UPS, UPS Blue, and UPS Red are shown in the order online cart. Orders shipped to Massachusetts customers must include 6.25% Sales Tax unless form ST-12 (Exempt Use Certificate) is on file with us. Shipping methods and costs for international orders are by USPS Priority Mail, also noted in the online cart.

These credit cards may be used for orders of any value. They will be accepted subject to authorization before shipment, and the above-fixed shipping charges will be added to the total.
Terms:
For those Customers with Net 30 Day Terms, orders will ship with payment expected in 30 days.
